These days in Madrid, in preparation for the feast days of November 13 and 14, students at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini School are reciting this prayer.
We also join in the prayers of these young people to Mother Cabrini, may she help young people around the world to have hope for the future.
Prayer to Saint Frances Cabrini
St. Frances Cabrini,
patroness of all emigrants,
you who lived through the drama of the desperation
of millions of emigrants.
You who left us the treasure of your love,
and with the affection of a mother you have welcomed and consoled
so many afflicted of different races and nations.
You who always responded with humility,
Saying that everything
what you did was done by the Senior.
We pray that we may learn from you
to be in solidarity, to be charitable, and to know how to welcome
our brothers and sisters who are suffering
having to flee their homeland.
Pray to the Sacred Heart of Jesus,
that the men and women
of the different nations may learn
that we are brothers and children
of the same Heavenly Father, and that we are called to form one
called to form one family.
Keep away from us:
Division, discrimination,
rivalry, indifference or enmity.
Grant that we may all be united
To your loving example.
We all ask you to intercede
before Our Mother, Mother of God
that we may obtain the grace of peace
in all families and among all nations
of the earth, the Peace that comes from Jesus,
Prince of Peace. Amen.

Such a beautiful loving lady who devoted her life to the less fortunate I ask her to look after my departed wife Phyllis.
